Rozzy

Terms of use

Effective 23 October 2026

These terms apply to the Rozzy Android app and getrozzy.com, made by Steadyfast, Nanded, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using Rozzy, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Rozzy.

What Rozzy is

Rozzy is a budgeting tool. It works out a daily spending amount from the numbers you enter and helps you keep track of spending, savings goals and money owed to you.

Rozzy isn't financial advice. Its numbers are only as accurate as what you enter, and it doesn't know your full financial situation. Make your own decisions, and talk to a qualified adviser for important money matters.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone and, if you turn on backup, in your own Google Drive, as described in our privacy policy. Because we don't hold a copy, we can't recover data that's lost when you uninstall, reset or lose your phone without a backup. Keeping a backup is your responsibility.

If you add other people's details (for example, customers who owe you money), make sure you're allowed to, and use them only to manage what they owe you.

Rozzy Premium

Payment reminders and payment links

Rozzy helps you write reminder messages and, in India, a link that opens your customer's UPI app with your UPI ID and the amount filled in. Rozzy isn't a bank, payment app or payment service. It doesn't send, receive or hold money, and we're not part of any payment between you and your customers. Check that your UPI ID and payment details are correct; we're not responsible for payments sent to the wrong account because of details you entered.

You must not use Rozzy's reminders or payment links to mislead anyone, to ask for money that isn't owed, or to pretend to be someone else.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rozzy for anything illegal, don't try to break or misuse the app or website, and don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Our rights

Rozzy, its name, logo, design and code belong to Steadyfast. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices under these terms. Open-source parts, such as the Manrope font, are used under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings → About.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rozzy reliable, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. We may update, change or stop parts of the app. If we ever stop Rozzy entirely, we'll give notice in the app where we can, so you can export or back up your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Steadyfast isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions made using Rozzy's numbers, from lost data, or from payments between you and others. Our total liability for any claim about Rozzy is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Rozzy at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription in Google Play. We may stop providing the app to anyone who seriously breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at Nanded, Maharashtra, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using Rozzy after a change, the new terms apply.
